  Code of Ethics

Current events are filled with accounts of improprieties and lack of ethical behavior in every area of our culture. Our daily lives are a series of situations, some difficult and complex, some smooth and easy; some planned, some uncontrolled. The need has never been greater for wisdom and knowledge of right from wrong in our business and professional life, our home life, and our personal life. The following statements have been developed to communicate the standards of ethical conduct, which we at Frontier Homes endeavor to employ in our daily business activities.

At Frontier Homes we endeavor to:

1.
Show proper respect for all levels of authority, both legally and morally.

2. Maintain a singleness of purpose, that being, to provide housing for the first time, and second time, and move up the home buyer, efficiently, effectively and economically.

3. Use effective communication in word and deed. We believe effective communication occurs when the intended message is received, interpreted, and returned to the initiator with a meaning and spirit consistent with its intent.

4. Provide a company work environment which promotes customer satisfaction, but also recognizes our employees' needs for proper rest, recreation, and reflection.

5. Show proper respect for those who would be considered our elders, and to hold them in high regard for their contributions to the development of our culture, and the opportunity afforded us as individuals.

6. Show proper respect for all human life, dignity and individual rights, with the Golden Rule being the fundamental basis for all decision making.

7. Maintain an active commitment to the stability of the family unit.

8. Demonstrate the proper use and allocation of resources, in both the short-term and long-term.

9. Demonstrate the highest possible levels of honesty and integrity.

10. Maintain and promote the right of ownership of property and the free enterprise system. We believe that the free enterprise system benefits those who perform. Those who are disciplined, creative, prudent, and industrious are entitled to the fruits of their labor. We also believe that there is a need for those of us who have been fortunate enough to have reaped the fruits of our labors, to prudently aid those who are less fortunate.
